I'm deeply in love with this work, because it's something I genuinely needed.

See the thing is- My early years in life didn’t exactly go too great.
They didn’t inspire bravery, confidence, or even the feeling that I belonged in this world. I was fracture, but just thought it was... me? Set in stone. Boy was I wrong (luckily).

Then I married a bold man, had two firecracker kids… and let me tell you: nothing will shine a spotlight on your needs, faults, and fears quite like family.
(Thank god for that. I’m grateful it all got revealed.)

My entire being was in need of something. Something more. Through my own personal work and every defining moment I've experienced with the Truffle Box- I've embraced colourful teddy bears, befriended grumpy angry dragons, enchanted my brave inner knight and discovered sparkly fairy godfather power! Allll waiting inside of ME.

They called to me from dreams and aches and triggers and glimmers. I was scared to answer their calls. But with shaky knees, I finally answered... and that's when life got GOOD.

My life is forever changed. I am changed. I am more whole and more connected to life and more fully messily human than ever before. I'm real again... like Pinocchio.

Allll that to say - This work WORKS. and it's worth it. You're worth it! "

 

My Training

"I’ve had the honor of being mentored by Jamie Sullivan since 2020 through The Truffle Box’s Fairy Godparent School.
Training with Jamie has stretched me more than anything else in my life. Before I ever worked with a client, I was asked to go to the depths myself - to explore, untangle, and reweave the workings of my own human experience. We gotta walk before we can talk. 

That inner work gave me something I now offer to you: true empathy, embodied experience, and a deep respect for how real this journey is. 

In addition to my mentorship, I’m also a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, trained in-person by Anny Slegten at the Hypnotism Training Institute of Alberta."

Wow, I've never done any kind of Hypnosis audio this long so was a bit unsure how it would go. At the beginning I found your direction to relax so helpful. As it went on I felt really safe and assured too. I really loved the garden and am happy I get to use the hypnosis again. It was difficult for me to fully let go and explore the garden but I felt peaceful in it... like I was almost asleep by the end. I was sure I'd feel too tired to get on with the rest of my evening but by the time I opened my eyes I felt fully energized again. I'm definitely feeling more calm and relaxed and just an overall sense of self assured-ness. I was feeling pretty agitated and had a few parenting challenges at bedtime tonight but after Soft Celebration I'm not feeling upset with myself anymore. I just feel accomplished.
