THIS PAGE IS A LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN THE PURCHASER, PARTICIPANT, USER, CUSTOMER, OR RECIPIENT OF THE TRUFFLE BOX PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (“YOU” AND OTHER FORMS OF THE SECOND PERSON) AND JAMIE SULLIVAN, SOLE PROPRIETOR, CARRYING ON BUSINESS AS THE TRUFFLE BOX (“THE TRUFFLE BOX,” “WE,” “US,” OR “OUR”).
By purchasing, registering for, enrolling in, accessing, downloading, participating in, or using any Truffle Box product, service, course, membership, community, live session, digital product, professional training, facilitator training, licensing opportunity, or other offering, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Purchase Terms and Conditions should be read together with our Website Terms and Conditions of Use and our Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Purchase Terms and Conditions and the specific terms shown on a product page, checkout page, receipt, written purchase agreement, course agreement, professional agreement, licensing agreement, or other specific written terms, the more specific terms will control, subject to applicable law.
What You Are Purchasing
When you purchase from The Truffle Box, you are purchasing only the specific product, service, access, course, membership, community access, digital material, live session, recording, download, or other offering expressly described on the applicable product page, checkout page, receipt, written purchase terms, or written agreement at the time of purchase.
Your purchase does not include any additional product, service, support, live access, community access, private support, coaching, therapy, certification, licensing, future update, future version, professional authorization, commercial-use right, or continuing access unless it is expressly stated in the applicable product page, checkout page, receipt, written purchase terms, or written agreement.
Access to digital products, courses, recordings, communities, memberships, downloads, or other materials is personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, and for your own personal, non-commercial use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Payment, Currency, Taxes, and Billing
By making a purchase, you agree to pay The Truffle Box all applicable fees, charges, and taxes for the product or service you select.
All payments will be charged and made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated at checkout or in the applicable purchase terms.
We may use third-party payment processors to process payments. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information and authorize us and/or our third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the full amount due, including applicable taxes and fees.
If your payment method is declined, expires, is reversed, or otherwise fails, you remain responsible for all amounts due. We may suspend or terminate access to the applicable product, course, membership, community, download, service, or offering until payment is received, subject to applicable law.
In certain instances, your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may charge foreign transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or related charges. These charges are your responsibility.
Payment Plans, Subscriptions, Memberships, and Renewals
Some products or services may be offered through payment plans, subscriptions, memberships, recurring payments, renewals, or installment payments. If so, the applicable price, number of payments, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and access terms should be stated at checkout or in the applicable purchase terms.
By purchasing a payment plan, subscription, membership, or recurring product, you authorize us and/or our third-party payment processor to charge your payment method according to the stated terms, subject to applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable purchase terms, cancelling a subscription or membership stops future recurring charges but does not automatically refund amounts already paid.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable purchase terms, a payment plan is a commitment to pay the full purchase price in scheduled installments and is not cancelled merely because you stop accessing or using the product, course, service, membership, community, or materials, subject to applicable law.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Digital Access
Refunds, cancellations, exchanges, credits, access terms, payment plan terms, subscription terms, renewal terms, and delivery terms may vary by product or service and may be set out on the applicable product page, checkout page, receipt, written purchase terms, or written agreement.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable purchase terms, all fees are non-refundable once paid, and your access to digital products, courses, recordings, downloads, communities, memberships, or services may begin immediately or as described at purchase.
Nothing in these Purchase Terms and Conditions limits any cancellation, refund, chargeback, or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Delivery and Access
Digital products, courses, recordings, downloads, memberships, community access, and related materials may be delivered by email, website login, course platform, checkout platform, community platform, download link, or another digital method.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address, maintaining access to your account, checking your spam or promotions folders, and ensuring that you have the device, internet connection, software, account access, and technical ability needed to access the materials.
We do not guarantee that any particular platform, course, community, recording, download, email, link, or service will be available indefinitely, uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location. We may rely on third-party platforms and service providers, and we are not responsible for outages, interruptions, errors, changes, data loss, platform changes, or service failures outside our reasonable control.
Agreement of Confidentiality and Community Privacy
You understand that other users, customers, students, members, participants, or community members of The Truffle Box may share personal, emotional, reflective, creative, professional, or meaningful information in written, spoken, recorded, electronic, online, offline, live, group, course, or community settings.
You agree to respect the privacy and dignity of other participants. You agree not to disclose, copy, screenshot, record, distribute, summarize, publish, identify, or share any private or identifying information about another participant without that person’s written consent.
You agree not to refer to another participant by name or identifying details outside the setting where the information was shared without that participant’s consent.
You agree not to share, post, publish, teach, sell, distribute, or expose private community content, course content, participant content, live-call content, recordings, screenshots, chat content, private communications, or group materials outside the setting where they were shared, unless we have expressly given written permission.
Put simply: what happens in The Truffle Box stays in The Truffle Box.
This confidentiality expectation does not prevent you or us from complying with the law, responding to legal process, reporting unlawful conduct, addressing safety concerns, seeking professional support, or sharing your own experience in a way that does not identify or disclose private information about another participant.
We ask all participants to use care, respect, and discretion. However, you understand that The Truffle Box cannot fully control the actions of other participants in group sessions, live sessions, online forums, community spaces, discussion groups, or other shared spaces. Other people may say or do things that are inappropriate, harmful, careless, or contrary to our rules. Where appropriate, we may remove a participant from a website, course, community, membership, live session, in-person session, online session, or other offering.
No Medical, Psychological, Therapeutic, or Emergency Relationship
You understand that products and services provided by The Truffle Box and/or its employees, contractors, service providers, facilitators, licensees, collaborators, or professional advisors, where applicable, do not include the practice of medicine, psychology, psychotherapy, counselling, or any other regulated health profession unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
The Truffle Box products, services, courses, classes, downloads, recordings, communities, memberships, live sessions, emails, materials, and related offerings are non-diagnostic and are intended for educational, creative, reflective, personal-development, community, informational, or professional-learning purposes, depending on the specific offering.
The Truffle Box offerings may be complementary to work you do with other qualified professionals, but they are not a substitute for medical, mental health, psychological, legal, financial, business, tax, or other professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, supervision, or services.
Use of The Truffle Box products, services, courses, communities, or materials does not create a therapist-client, counsellor-client, doctor-patient, healthcare provider-patient, supervisory, fiduciary, professional-client, or emergency-response relationship between you and The Truffle Box, Jamie Sullivan, or any person connected with The Truffle Box, unless a separate written agreement clearly establishes such a relationship.
The Truffle Box does not provide emergency, crisis, or urgent-response services through products, courses, communities, emails, forms, comments, live sessions, recordings, or group spaces. If you need immediate support, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional in your area.
Participant Responsibility and No Guaranteed Results
You are responsible for your choices, actions, participation, wellbeing, use of the materials, and the results you achieve or do not achieve.
Your level of participation, attention, honesty, practice, support, context, and personal circumstances may affect your experience. Participation may support learning, reflection, creativity, emotional awareness, personal insight, or professional learning, but no particular result, outcome, transformation, healing, emotional result, relationship result, health result, business result, income result, professional result, or life result is promised or guaranteed.
You agree to use your own judgment and seek appropriate professional support when needed.
You agree not to use The Truffle Box products, services, materials, courses, communities, or live sessions in a way that is unlawful, unsafe, outside your scope of practice, harmful to yourself or others, or contrary to these Purchase Terms and Conditions, our Website Terms and Conditions of Use, our Privacy Policy, any community rules, or any applicable product-specific terms.
If you are a professional, practitioner, facilitator, trainee, licensee, or other service provider using or learning from The Truffle Box, you are responsible for staying within your own scope of practice, training, licensing, insurance, jurisdictional rules, professional obligations, ethical obligations, and legal responsibilities.
You will not represent yourself as certified, licensed, authorized, endorsed, approved, affiliated with, or trained by The Truffle Box unless we have expressly granted that status to you in writing.
Protection of Intellectual Property
Thank you for respecting the years of time, research, experimentation, clinical hours, creative development, lived experience, study, care, and overall dedication it has taken to create The Truffle Box programs, products, methods, materials, language, and body of work.
All The Truffle Box products and materials are the intellectual property of Jamie Sullivan and/or The Truffle Box, except where third-party materials are used with permission, under license, or otherwise lawfully included.
The Truffle Box name, product names, course names, program names, concepts, frameworks, rituals, exercises, worksheets, practices, recordings, written materials, audio materials, video materials, community materials, downloads, designs, logos, marks, and other materials are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, unfair competition, contract, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights, whether registered or unregistered.
You may not copy, share, sell, resell, teach, distribute, publish, upload, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, display, perform, license, sublicense, transfer, scrape, extract, imitate, summarize for commercial use, create derivative works from, create competing products from, or otherwise use The Truffle Box products, materials, methods, systems, procedures, content, or body of work for any public, commercial, professional, training, licensing, resale, artificial intelligence, or unauthorized purpose without our express written permission.
You may not use The Truffle Box products, materials, content, courses, downloads, recordings, written materials, transcripts, community materials, or other materials to train, fine-tune, prompt, test, evaluate, scrape for, extract into, or build artificial intelligence systems, machine-learning models, datasets, summaries, derivative works, competing products, prompt libraries, tools, services, courses, trainings, or related products without our express written permission.
Your purchase gives you only the limited right to access and use the purchased product or service for your own personal, non-commercial use, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
No purchase gives you ownership of The Truffle Box intellectual property. No purchase gives you the right to teach, certify, train, license, sublicense, facilitate, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, sell, resell, or commercially use The Truffle Box materials or methods unless we expressly grant that right in a separate written agreement.
Account Access and No Sharing
If your purchase includes account access, course access, membership access, download access, community access, recordings, or other restricted materials, that access is for you only unless the applicable purchase terms expressly say otherwise.
You may not share your login, password, links, downloads, recordings, course materials, community materials, private content, or access with anyone else.
Sharing access, distributing materials, posting purchased materials publicly, placing materials in shared drives, uploading materials to third-party platforms, using materials to train artificial intelligence systems, or allowing others to use your account is a material breach of these Purchase Terms and Conditions.
Testimonials, Stories, and Feedback
You may choose to send us testimonials, feedback, reviews, stories, comments, screenshots, images, or other materials relating to your experience with The Truffle Box.
We may use non-identifying feedback to improve our products and services.
We will not intentionally publish your identifying personal story, testimonial, image, private message, or sensitive personal details for marketing purposes without your permission, except where otherwise permitted or required by law.
If you voluntarily submit a testimonial, review, endorsement, story, screenshot, image, or feedback specifically for public use or marketing use, you grant us permission to use it in the manner agreed at the time of submission or approval, subject to any written limits we agree to.
Removal from Courses, Communities, or Live Spaces
We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or restrict any participant from a course, community, membership, live session, in-person session, online session, website, discussion group, or other offering if we believe the participant has violated these Purchase Terms and Conditions, our Website Terms and Conditions of Use, our Privacy Policy, any community rules, any product-specific terms, or if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, harmful, inappropriate, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the wellbeing of the space.
Where appropriate, we may remove a participant without refund, subject to applicable law and any specific written purchase terms.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TRUFFLE BOX, JAMIE SULLIVAN, AND OUR EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, FACILITATORS, LICENSEES, COLLABORATORS, PROFESSIONAL ADVISORS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, AND LICENSORS, WHERE APPLICABLE, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOST GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL OR PROFESSIONAL OUTCOMES, EMOTIONAL OUTCOMES, HEALTH OUTCOMES, RELATIONSHIP OUTCOMES, BUSINESS OUTCOMES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR PURCHASE, ACCESS, PARTICIPATION, USE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS, SERVICES, COURSES, COMMUNITIES, MEMBERSHIPS, DOWNLOADS, RECORDINGS, LIVE SESSIONS, MATERIALS, OR RELATED OFFERINGS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY DIRECT DAMAGES THAT YOU MAY SUFFER AS A RESULT OF YOUR PURCHASE, ACCESS, PARTICIPATION, USE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS, SERVICES, COURSES, COMMUNITIES, MEMBERSHIPS, DOWNLOADS, RECORDINGS, LIVE SESSIONS, MATERIALS, OR RELATED OFFERINGS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU HAVE PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. THEREFORE, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Governing Terms, Law, and Dispute Resolution
These Purchase Terms and Conditions are part of the agreement between you and The Truffle Box and should be read together with our Website Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, and any applicable product-specific purchase terms.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, disputes relating to your purchase, access, participation, or use of The Truffle Box products or services will be handled according to the governing law, dispute resolution, class action waiver, and equitable relief provisions in our Website Terms and Conditions of Use.
Nothing in these Purchase Terms and Conditions limits any legal rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection or other laws.
